You will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function and enhancing the organisation's employer brand. This role involves the development and execution of strategies that attract, hire, and retain top talent, while also ensuring the organisation's brand is positively perceived in the job market.

skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of experience in a progressive HR leadership role. You have strong business and HR acumen including exceptional problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
