about the job
- Lead the overall planning, development, and construction of the township in line with project requirements, master schedules, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee full P&L responsibilities, including the preparation of the Annual Budget.
- Drive all development activities such as land management, product development, quality assurance, environmental, safety, and health (ESH) compliance, contract management, project execution, sales and marketing, progress tracking, and customer relationship management.
- Manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders to achieve key project deliverables within the agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget.
- Plan and lead the property development project to ensure adherence to the master project plan and schedule.
skills & experiences required
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 15 years working experience property development
- Past experience in township/high rise residential projects
