about the job
Reporting to the Commercial Director.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure shoppers and customer marketing strategies to be in line with brand strategies and sales objectives
- Lead in ideation, planning and budgeting, production and implementation of all in store activities
- Manage a team to to develop strategic action plans to address brand issues
- Ensure sufficient spending for the assigned category
skills and experience required
- Bachelor degree holder
- Minimum 8 years of trade marketing experience in the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated experience of managing a team
- Commercial-savvy, strong command in Nielsen and data analysis
