about the job

With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a HR & Admin Executive to provide hr operations support to the company. You will be responsible for involvement in the HR day-to-day operations and activities which include but are not limited to assisting in recruitment, payroll processing, establishing HR policies, performance management, general administrative duties. You will also assist with ad-hoc duties whenever required.

skills & experience required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a HR Generalist covering the full HR functions including payroll processing. You will have advanced knowledge in HR policies and procedures, with strong understanding of the Malaysian employment law and related employment laws, such as EPF Act, SOCSO Act, and Industrial Relations Act. You are detail-oriented with excellent organization and communication skills. Is that you?
