They are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager for a sole contributor role. As the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for independently managing all HR and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role requires a versatile and self-motivated professional who can handle a wide range of responsibilities from strategic HR planning to day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Accountabilities:
- Payroll Processing:
- Process payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, processing payments, and preparing tax returns.
- Manage leave records, overtime calculations, and part-time payroll.
- Recruitment and On boarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including phone screenings, interview arrangements, reference checks, and pre-employment processes.
- Ensure an effective on boarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Address grievances and support management on employee relations issues.
- Work to retain high-quality employees.
- Training and Development:
- Collaborate with managers and employees to design and implement training programs that meet the organisation's needs.

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary Education
