They are currently looking for a HR Admin Manager to join them. You’ll be overseeing and managing the end-to-end HR & Admin function within the business. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:-
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Employee relations & industrial relation
- Employee benefits & welfare
- Training & development
- Foreign worker management
- Payroll Management
- Safety & Health Environment
- Other HR & Admin Functions
about the manager & team
You will be reporting directly to the MD, leading a team of 7.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in HR Management. You have strong knowledge and experience in employment law, union management experience. You also have a high level of integrity, results oriented and ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
