about the role
They are currently looking for a HR & Admin Manager to manage HR & Admin functions including but not limited to talent acquisition, on-boarding, employee relations, personnel policies, training programs, HR matters, company events and employee recognition schemes. Your responsibilities include but not limited to: -
- Manage full spectrum of human resource services covering recruitment, C&B, employee relations, T&D and performance management
- Review employee compensation and benefits activities
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures necessary
- Performs other tasks as assigned or dictated by position
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 6 years of Generalist Human Resources experience. You will have advanced knowledge in HR policies and procedures, with strong understanding of company act and other related laws and regulations. You have strong interpersonal skills and management skills. Is that you?
