• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results through coaching, hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counselling of employees
• Overseeing training & development which includes leadership training programs, personal and professional development, managerial training and team building
• Conducting new employee orientations and exit interviews
• Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits when applicable
• Responsible for the full spectrum of office administration, maintenance and supplies
requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of the local Employment Act.
• Strong consultative, coaching, communication and influence skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Proficient (spoken and written) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
