about the company

Our client is a finance and hr shared services company with a strong global presence. They are based in Kelana Jaya. Right now, they are looking for a HR Analyst to join their family.

about the role

This is a HR Analyst position that reports to the HR Manager. Our client is looking for someone who can support this function independently.


  • Process HR transactions, logging, and closing cases and ensuring data quality including but not limited to data management, organization management, compensation administration, and recruiting operations
  • Create, update, store relevant employment documentation
  • Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
  • Provide feedback and information to support high-quality information in the HR Services Center
  • Assist in testing upgrades and new system functionality
  • Answer complex questions, escalate those cases that need further support and provides support to improve information sharing between

skills & experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • This role will support the china market
  • Prior to working in shared services
  • Working knowledge of the Workday system
  • Able to work in Kelana Jaya
  • Immediate starters have an added advantage
  • Strong data management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
