about the company

Our client is a property developer company with a strong presence in Malaysia. They are based in Kepong. Right now, they are looking for a HR Assistant Manager to join their family.

about the role

This is a HR Assistant Manager position that reports to the Managing Director. Our client is looking for someone who can support this function independently.


  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll processing, compensation & benefits, and other HR administration
  • To prepare HR related reports accurately and timely manner including headcount, employee turnover, and movement
  • Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to both legal requirement and appropriate HR practice.
  • To ensure the HR policies and procedures are enforced and implemented accordingly
  • Ensure smooth general administration of the office

skills & experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with mandarin speaking colleague and superior.
  • Able to work in Kepong
  • Own transport is required as there's no access to public transport
  • Immediate starters have an added advantage
  • Good analytical, attention to detail, multi-task, and planning skills
