about the job

  • Manage day-to-day Human Resource operations support services covering the compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and compliance, including salary administration, staff employment, benefits and welfare, recruitment and compliance of the Human Resource policy and procedure.
  • Manage the overall salary administration and verify the accuracy of salary computation as well as ensure timely and accuracy of monthly statutory contribution and payroll reports submission.
  • Manage the timely production, collation, storage and reporting data pertaining to organizational headcounts, labour cost, and employees’ personal records.
  • Be the person-in-charge for the HR system and liaison between the vendor and IT department for technical support, system changes or upgrade and changes in the statutory requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration and operations functions, including staff insurance matters, staff claims, medical claims, others benefits administration, drafting and preparing appointment letters, contract renewal, confirmation, promotion, increment, staff movement documentations, acceptance of resignation and etc.
  • Oversee the employees’ personal files and information as well as administer the employee information update to ensure data integrity so as to ensure that all personal information is kept with the highest level of confidence and integrity.
  • Handle recruitment process, including vacancies advertisement, scheduling interview and offering process.
  • Attend to all queries with regards to staff matters, i.e. leave management, attendance management, payroll management and claims.

As Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits, you will work in a team responsible in establishing performance measurement (KPI) from various divisions/departments and proposing business solutions to support the company’s ongoing growth.
