You will be taking care of the full spectrum of HR strategies, covering but not limited to Recruitment, Reward Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee/Industrial Relations etc.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will have a strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices. You also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
