about the job

Reporting to the Head of HR, the incumbent will be expected to ensure to oversee the full HR spectrum.

Some of the incumbent's key accountabilities include:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR encompassing HR Processes & Tools, Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations / Industrial Relations, and other HR related administration functions.

  • Motivate and cultivate a positive workplace environment and ensure the development of talent pools in the organizations by the establishment of effective employee training and development program.

  • Provide guidance on Industrial Relations and IR frameworks. Act as an advisor/resource to the Company on labor-related issues and represent the Company on IR / Labour issues, Labour Office, IR Office and Industrial Courts.

  • To lead and manage HR functions in ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance objectives are met.

  • Plan and coordinate career movement for potential employees in line with the business requirements of the company.

  • Implement HR policies and Company's procedures for operations excellence.

  • Design and implement employee retention strategies and adequate action plans.

about the manager/team

This role reports to the Head of HR who has been a senior leader for many years coming from MNCs. You will be expected to work closely with the stakeholders to role out HR initiatives independently.

skills & experience required

  • A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or or related field.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must for this role
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR with more than 3 years in a management role
