about the role

This role will primarily focus on developing and implementing Total Rewards strategies across the business based on research and data analysis


  • To partner the HRD in making proposals on various other aspects of Total Rewards
  • This includes – short-term incentives, long-term incentives, benefits, rewards local policies to ensure it is contemporary and effective to drive business performance
  • Be the gateway for all base pay review and reward actions through the entire employee life cycle – joining and offers, confirmation, promotions, annual pay review, recognition program, retention and separation
  • Lead the benefits deep dive projects to review the entire benefits package to ensure market alignment and cost effective
  • Conduct competitiveness analysis on existing pay structure and employees’ pay to ensure Rewards package are competitive to attract and retain talents

culture and benefits

  • Tertiary education
  • 3-5 years of working experience
  • Excellent communication skills is crucial for this role (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of HR data analytics tools will be an added advantage
  • Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
