about the role
They are currently looking for a HRBP to join their HR team. You will be responsible to provide end to end HR solutions, and advice while partnering with business leaders in areas including but not limited to industrial & employee relations, building organisational capability, workforce planning, talent acquisition & retention, performance management, talent management, compensation & benefits, L&D, employee engagement, communication, HRIS/special projects/analytics and HR team development.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the VP HR and working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant working experience. You have excellent and clear communications skills with strong graphic design ability. You have a strong sense of urgency, performance-minded and able to work under time constraints. Is that you?
