Our client is an automotive manufacturer, shared services with their HQ based in Europe.

about the job

The position is responsible for all transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services activities.
Cross-cultural experience gained from working in culturally diverse environments
Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentially
Delivering transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services within Service Level Agreement. eg. providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR related queries, managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data
Keeping day-to-day operations documentation up-to-date
Participating the transferring of processes from internal customers to Shared Services
Providing feedback to drive continual improvement

skills & experience required

Proficient in HR systems, Processes, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Language skills (Japanese @ N3) is a MUST
Knowledge of continuous improvement within a Shared Service Centre environment will be a plus
