about the company

Our client is a local manufacturing that specilises in hardware and FMCG products. Located out at Shah Alam - Seksyen 23, they are looking to expand their HR team.

about the role

  • To play an active role in ensuring all company standards in term of quality, food safety, employee welfare, training, development, health & safety and hygiene are regularly reviewed, updated and adhered to by actively participating in all audits, review meetings and improvement initiatives;
  • Co-ordinating the effective recruitment and integration of new employees;
  • Supporting with employee appraisals and performance reviews;
  • Supporting with employee grievance and disciplinary management;
  • Supporting with the management of staff welfare (health and medical, compensation, claims, benefits, working environment facilities, migrant employees permit and accommodation management);
  • To support with the Employee Training and Development program and ensuring all records, training claims and training payments are managed promptly;
  • Supporting with the management housekeeping, health and safety, and security standard within the workplace
  • Provide general office administrative and support;
