about the job
You will primarily be handling the full spectrum of HR functions.
Your responsibilities are not limited to:-
- Ensure payroll transactions are accurate and salary is paid on time to employees monthly.
- Ensure payroll is compliant to company policies and government statutory requirements.
- Ensure statutory payments are paid on time monthly.
- Manage all inquiries from government officers with regards to EPF, SOCSO and LHDN.
- Responsible for reporting Human Resource data like Headcount report, HRIS master report etc, within timeline including consolidation of Medical Channel Teams incentive validation.
- Responsible for the full recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding.
- Handle the processes of employee movement - confirmation, resignation, promotion, increment etc. and ensure the P-File is up to date.
- Be part of the new employee on-boarding program and resign from the employee off-boarding (exit interview).
- Compile Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop plans for all employees.
- In-charge of HRD Corp account and optimize its funds through training implementation.
- Administer and maintain training records and database, tabulate and analyze the training data for performance measure process and continuous improvements.
- Draft and improve existing company’s policies.
- Managing job advertisements on recruitment portals and coordinating, schedule and arrange interviews as per plan.
- Support other tasks as and when needed.

You will report directly to the HR Manager who is an entrepreneurial individual, extremely helpful in providing guidance with strong passion for people. You will receive exposure to drive HR initiatives and work with various stakeholders.
skills & experience required
You are able to work with one of the fast moving and growing organizations.
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, HR or equivalent.
- Good understanding and operating knowledge of payroll system.
- Clear understanding of statutory and tax calculations.
- Having experience in filling up vacancies through Job sites especially LinkedIn.
- Have experience in operating government statutory websites.
- Have experience in managing HR Budget.
- Self motivated team player and able to work independently.
- Strong people skills, with the ability to maintain high confidentiality.
- Sensitive with numbers and detail oriented.
- Having good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Having experience in Industrial Relations will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidates with healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
