about the role
With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a HR Generalist to support the HR Manager in creation and operational implementation of the local HR action plan. You will be responsible for involvement in the HR day-to-day operations and activities which include but are not limited to business partnering, recruitment, IR/ER, performance management, employee compensation and benefits etc. You will also assist with ad-hoc duties whenever required. This is a great opportunity for someone who aspires to be a HR Subject Matter Expert.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3 years of relevant experience. You will have good working knowledge of the full spectrum of HR functions and well versed in the local labour legislation. You have a strong sense of urgency, performance-minded and willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays. Is that you?
