about the role
In response to their growth and expansion, they are currently looking for a HR Generalist, reporting to the International HR Manager, to provide support to the HR department. You will be responsible for day to day HR tasks including but not limited to recruitment, payroll processing, com&ben, planning, implementing and evaluating all employee relations and human resources policies, projects and practices etc; and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will have a strong understanding of company acts and employment legislation in Malaysia. You have strong data analytical and communication skills, able to work in ambiguous circumstances. Is that you?
