    about the role

    They are currently looking for a HR Manager with a 2 years renewable contract to manage their workforce in a newly set up real estate development project in Pahang. You will be responsible for overall human resources matters such as recruitment & selection, manpower planning, compensation & benefit, training & development, payroll management, performance appraisals and discipline related matters. You will also:

    • Develop, implement, and manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs.
    • Liaise with government offices pertaining to employee related issues especially with Labour Office, and any other related government body.
    • Develop and maintain HR System in compliance and aligned with company policies and ensure HR practices are following all legal requirements of government regulations.
    • Keep up to date with HR legislation, before providing suitable solutions and interpretation to Management.

    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be an individual contributor in the HR team.

    skills & experience required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have strong time management skills, personal efficiency, strong communication and problem solving skills. You are willing to travel to Pahang when required. Is that you?
