about the company

Our client is an oil and gas company with a strong global presence. They are based in Bangsar South. Right now, they are looking for a HR Manager to join their family.

about the role

This is a HR Manager position that reports to the Senior HR Manager. Our client is looking for someone who can support this function independently.

duties

  • Responsible to lead and manage the full of HR functions which include manpower planning, salary benchmarking, performance management, training and development, and employee
  • Promote and implement people initiatives and programs, take leas in developing organization human resource strategies by identifying and recommending appropriate measures in line with organization objectives
  • Understand industry C&B survey and recommend benchmark for a competitive compensation system
  • Responsible for preparing staff salary review, increment, and annual bonus payment

skills & experience

  • At least 10 years of working experience
  • Well versed with Oracle system
  • Able to work in Bangsar South
  • Good analytical, attention to detail, multi-task, and planning skills
