The HR Manager reports directly to the Sub Regional HR Head, SEA and dotted (matrix
reporting) to the General Manager In collaboration with the Country GM, SEA HR team, he/she will :

  • Lead and supervise the HR team
  • Oversee all HR matters; including planning, analysis and reporting
  • Safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
  • Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting initiatives
  • Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
  • Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Recruit talent according to the needs of the business.Ensure all vacancies are filled in accordance to the budget and with the suitable
  • candidates within the targeted time. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need for certain key departments
  • or jobs (example sales, production.
  • Facilitate, coordinates and communicates job offers.
  • Participate in job fairs and promotes employer branding activities.

Payroll:

  • Check and validate the monthly payroll operations and verify that the pay decisions comply with the local labor law and other legislation.
  • Support and check the relevant payroll reporting for finance department.
  • Ensure all payroll data is well maintained and properly filed for audits. Check and validate sales incentive plans and other incentive plans payouts includingannual bonus/STI plans.
  • Plan and prepare annual budget related to HR.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and coordinate annual performance management process.
  • Coordinate annual salary planning process and Short Term Incentive Plans (STI) for
  • management staff with proper approvals from Corporate HR.
  • Coordinate and implement salary increases based on performance management policy forall other employees.
  • Maintain personal files for all management level employees.

Training & Development:

  • Support and drive annual talent review process with collaboration of Corporate & SEA HR.
  • Maintain all records related to talent review process.
  • Leads talent review discussions with managers and with Sub Regional HR Head.
  • Ensure development plans are in place for potential talent and follows up on developmentneeds.
  • Provide support to managers and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of employees.
  • Identify training needs through a Training Needs Analysis.
  • Plan, source and identify suitable training vendors in line with the Training NeedsAnalysis.
  • Maintain training records and follow through and report training effectiveness.

Employee Engagement and Welfare/Industrial Relations

  • Monitor employee performance and attendance.
  • Monitor and enforce employee discipline and productivity, provide counseling toemployees.
  • Keep a pulse on employee satisfaction & issues and maintain a healthy workingenvironment.
  • Promote diversity and harmonious working relationships among employees.
  • Check on employee welfare and share feedback with country management and SubRegional HR Head.
  • Promote workplace safety and well organized work environment.

HR Metrics and Reporting/HR Projects

  • Prepare monthly HR metrics reporting on key HR activities and update as required inmeetings.
  • Participate and contribute as an active member in HR initiatives and projects (SEA andCorporate).
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Corporate HR team members in implementing HRinitiatives.

Office Admin

  • Coordinate and oversee office administration, housekeeping, internal house rules and safety & security
  • Oversee the management of housekeeping
