    about the role

    They are currently looking for a HR Manager (Commercial) to provides the overall linkage between the people-related needs and align with the regional/global HR policies and programs for the commercial team. As HRBP shall work closely with function heads and line managers across Finance Shared Service, Sales, Customer Service, Information Management, Regional operations, and R&D to achieve shared organizational objectives, in particular establishing and implementing people solutions that support strategic business goals.. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

    • HR Business Partnering
    • HR Cycle Activities
    • HR Support for Functions

    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Head of HR, and working closely with the stakeholders.

    skills & experience required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience with 5 years business partnering in commercial function. You have a strong understanding of the whole HR cycle activities. You have the ability to generate a sense of urgency with an understanding of when to escalate issues. Is that you?

    In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 14,000 plus attractive bonuses.
