about the job
You will be overseeing all HR-related matters for the organization. You should have the experience in HR, as well as every aspect of job-related requirements.
Your responsibilities are not limited to:-
Recruitment
- Recruiting and HC control within the management budget.
- Review the recruitment strategy, plan, channels, and expenses/HC budget prepared by the recruitment team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Work with C&B team to handle employee contract management, performance & salary review.
- Work with C&B team to conduct a market survey and make it competitive.
- Seek and set up channels to survey and collect employee opinions, suggestions as well as complaints on C&B.
Training & Development
- Work out the annual training budget for approval, and strictly control it, handle annual training needs survey, design annual training plan by different job level/position, and make it happen.
- Review, update performance Review System, and make it effective.
Company Culture & Employee Relationship
- Work out an annual communication plan and implement it.
- Promote company culture and build up effective communication channels.
- Develop communication tools and methods to enhance employee's stability and ownership.
- Deliver management's direction to employees in the most appropriate way.
- Ensure a positive employee relations environment through strong relationships at all levels of the company.
Company Strategic & Development
- Perform diverse assignments involving compensation, staffing, performance management, employee satisfaction, reward and recognition, code of conduct, and organizational design.
- Be responsible for organization assessment and upgrading the talent through strategic staffing plans and developing pipeline talent and resources.
Team Management
- Provide training, management, and guidance to directly employed staff.
- Train subordinates to enhance his/her capability and careers.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the HR Director, Operation Director and Production Director in overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives. You will receive exposure to drive HR initiatives and work with various stakeholders.
skills & experience required
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a monthly salary up to RM10,000. You are able to work with one of the fast moving and growing organizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferable major in Human Resources Science/Behavioral/Psychology, etc.
- 8 years of job-related experience, 3 years of working in manager position in foreign investment company experience.
- Passionate about the gaming industry.
- Knowledge/Management & Psychology Theories/Crisis Management/Labor Law and Labor Contract Law.
- Leadership skills, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and computer skill.
- Honesty and integrity, passion and commitment, analytical, ethical, sociable and thoughtful.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong influence, coaching and consulting skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational ability.
- Aptitude for analyzing business needs, determining appropriate solutions and/or opportunities and deploy them.
