about the job
You will be overseeing all HR-related matters for the organization. You should have the experience in HR, as well as every aspect of job-related requirements.
- Support the organization in the creation, communication and ongoing maintenance of the employee engagement activities to continually drive positive employee experiences.
- Build and foster relationships across business functions and locations to ensure employees are engaged and informed on matter where they are based.
- Lead the corporate training process including conducting training needs analysis and implementing the training programs. Also ensure each department has a training plan.
- Manage disciplinary issues, disputes, grievances by providing recommendations to managers on appropriate action in accordance with the Company Code of Conduct, Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
- Conduct domestic inquiry and assist in investigations as needed and report to management on resolved or unresolved cases.
- Benchmark and design compensation and benefits program which is competitive in the industry/market and also to drive good behaviors.
- Participate and work with the team on HR matters, on an ad hoc or project basis.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Assistant GM in overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives. You will receive exposure to drive HR initiative and work with various stakeholders.
skills & experience required
You are able to work with one of the fast moving and growing organizations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holder
- Ability to converse, read and write fluently (ENG/BM)
- Experience: 3-5 years in HR role (has experience in managing people)
