about the company

Our client is a multinational conglomerate group and the largest seminar organizer in Malaysia. They are based in Shah Alam. Right now, they are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join their family.

about the role

This is a Human Resource Manager position that reports to the General Manager. Our client is looking for someone who can support this function independently.

duties

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of the Human Resources and Administrative functions including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, training & development
  • Regularly review manpower planning requirements with managers to ensure the business is adequately resourced to meet current and medium-term challenges as reflected in the business plan.
  • Design and implement communication and engagement activities to ensure that colleagues at all levels understand and respect the business objectives, their contribution towards them, the principles and how to act in accordance with them.
  • Ensure fair recruitment and selection protocols are in place which meets company and legal standards.
  • Apply reward policy to ensure terms and conditions are affordable and competitive.
  • Communicate KPI’s and lead regular people with performance reviews to drive improvements.

skills & experience

  • Mature, energetic with drive and enthusiasm
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience
  • Able to work in Shah Alam
  • Own transport is required as there's no access to public transport
  • Immediate starters have an added advantage
  • Good analytical, attention to detail, multi-task, and planning skills
