about the job
You will be overseeing all HR-related matters for the organization. You should have the experience in HR, as well as every aspect of job-related requirements.
Your responsibilities are not limited to:-
- Develop/implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Establish clear and proper HR SOPs across all HR functions.
- Maintenance of all job platforms (job postings and updates) and actively involved in recruitment processes for key senior and executive level positions.
- Prepare, review & process monthly payroll and respond to queries related to statutory payment.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews by liaising with departments on performance appraisal on a yearly basis.
- Employee relations (e.g: grievance, feedback management, disciplinary management).
- Provides support and guidance to the management team and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer in overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives. You will receive exposure to drive HR initiatives and work with various stakeholders.
skills & experience required
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a monthly salary up to RM7,000. You are able to work with one of the fast moving and growing organizations.
- Degree holder in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Preferably 3-5 years in relevant HR administration roles.
- Candidates with Info-Tech software experience are an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
- In depth knowledge of labor law and HR leading practices.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling HR and payroll matters in Malaysia.
