about the role
With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a HR Manager to oversee the HR Department. You will be leading the full spectrum of HR functions covering payroll processing, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, HR Technology, Recruitment & Retention, etc; as well as other ad-hoc functions.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 6 years of relevant experience. You will have an advanced understanding of company act and other related laws and regulations. You have a strong sense of urgency, performance-minded and able to work under time constraints. Is that you?
In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 8,000. More importantly, it will offer you the opportunity to work in a fast moving and growing organization.
