about the role
With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a HR Manager to lead, direct and manage the HR department. You will be taking ownership of all HR matters across the company from Payroll & Attendance Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Staffing, Employment, Induction Program, Compensation & Benefits, Staff Welfare, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Disciplinary & Grievance Handling. etc; and other duties as assigned. This is a great opportunity for someone who aspires to be a HR Subject Matter Expert.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 6 years of Generalist Human Resources experience. You will have advanced knowledge in HR policies and procedures, with strong understanding of company act and other related laws and regulations. You have strong interpersonal skills and management skills. Is that you?
