skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of experience in HR, with a broad understanding of generalist HR functions. Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus. You have excellent interpersonal skills, able to facilitate the implementation of organisational changes and motivate others to effect changes efficiently.
