They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and mentor a team of 4 HR professionals. In this role, you will guide the team in delivering comprehensive HR services while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the full scope of HR functions, encompassing recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems to foster employee growth and development, and manage talent management initiatives to nurture high-potential employees.
- Design and execute succession planning strategies to maintain business continuity and organizational growth.
- Ensure the accurate and timely administration of payroll, guaranteeing that all employees are compensated in accordance with company policies.
- Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with overall business strategies, contributing to organizational succes.

Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction or related industries.

- Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work.
