about the company

Our client is an insurance company with a strong presence in Malaysia. They are based in Puchong. Right now, they are looking for a HR Operations Manager to join their family.

about the role

This is a HR Operations Manager position that reports to the Head of Human Resources. Our client is looking for someone who can support this function independently.


  • To drive and manage full cycle of HR Operations activities, including talent acquisition & employer branding, performance management, compensation & benefit, system administration, policies & procedures and employee engagement. .
  • Ensure end-to-end all HR Operation activities are completed within the predetermined turnaround time, cost and budget.
  • To partner with the stakeholders and other affiliates to ensure task delivered are aligned with the Company’s Strategic Planning.
  • To work closely with the COE/ service providers under the guidance of the Senior HR Business Partner/Head of HR to support the HR functions for the shared service centre and to deliver initiatives organized by the Group/Country/ Shared Service Center level
  • To support Senior HR Business Partner/Head of HR to support any HR advised to stake holders or partners
  • To manage and maintain HR systems to ensure timely and accurate data availability
  • To provide statistical data and reporting to the group, regional office and local management as well as local regulator
  • To maintain, update, interpret and communicate personnel policies and procedure information to department heads, manager and employees. Responding to inquiries verbally or in writing.
  • To support the Senior HR Business Partner/Head of HR in any other HR related task assigned from time to time.
