    about the role

    They are currently looking for a HRIS Analyst to join their team to support and maintain the Global HRIS in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. The HRIS Analyst will be the technical point of contact across multiple functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, implementation, system support, system releases and testing of system changes, report writing, and analysing business and data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS analyst also supports other technical projects as assigned.

    Reporting to the Global HRIS Manager.

    skills & experience required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You have solid experience with HRIS systems to include configuration, reporting, implementation, and maintenance. You also have at least 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors cloud application and Understand relation of data within Employee Central and how it relates to other modules.

    In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 11,000 plus attractive bonuses.
