about the role
this role involves leading a team focused on developing real-time embedded software for cross-functional groups. This encompasses the creation of real-time software within the product and for its manufacturing. They will hold the responsibility of guiding the team through the design, implementation, testing, and support of firmware that controls embedded processors in both wired and wireless networks. Mentoring the team by applying their expertise in embedded software, communication protocols, fundamental electronic circuits, signal processing, and wireless networks is a crucial aspect of their role, enabling the team to effectively fulfill their daily design tasks.

about the job
- creating plans, defining, crafting, evaluating, launching, and maintaining embedded software solutions for the R&D software development department.
- managing and implementing embedded design initiatives from inception through production.
- creating tools, employing C/C++, to aid in the development of embedded systems using Linux.
- guiding and mentoring developers in the realm of Firmware design and development
knowledge, skills and experience
- bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- a minimum of 5 years of expertise working with C/C++ and embedded real-time C.
- proficiency in Linux and embedded real-time operating systems (RTOS), inclusive of familiarity with 64/32-bit ARM microprocessor architecture.
- experience in Wireless and Wired technologies, such as Ethernet (TCP/IP), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.
- hands-on experience with inter-device communication protocols like USB/I2C/SPI/UART/Infrared Receivers, etc.
- proficiency in product specifications, systems analysis, microprocessor-based systems, and firmware design.
- advantageous to possess knowledge for constructing Android AOSP BSP.
