Randstad is partnering with a fresh & frozen food trading company. They are looking for an Import Buyer as part of their growth plan.

about the job

• Responsible for purchasing of fresh, live and frozen food varieties sourced locally & internationally.
• Responsible for custom processes, applications, goods tariff code and freight forwarding.
• Responsible for liaising between operation teams & suppliers.
• Must be able to forecast and manage supplier delivery lead time.
• Responsible for managing internal & external stakeholders expectations & requirements.

skills/experience

• Possesses at least a Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in F&B Importing with HALAL requirements.
• Good knowledge with MS Excel & Autocount is an added advantage.
• Strong coordination, project planning & organisation skills is important.
