Lead and ensure related backup restore simulation is perform as per schedule.
Facilitate and interacts with internal and external audit engagement and facilitate remediation

knowledge, skills and experience

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in resolving daily network, infrastructure, server, storage, backup and end user technical support request.
Capable of configuring & administrating network/infrastructure related equipment & security controls
Prior experience with vendor sourcing, PO request processing, IT Asset & User Access Right maintenance, report and documentation.
