We are currently looking for an Inhouse Service Engineer to join a leading provider of medical and surgical equipment and solutions in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably in the medical equipment industry, and excellent technical skills. They should also have strong communication and problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires your urgent attention.
- Reporting to: Service Manager
- Location: Selangor

the role
- focusing on inspecting and troubleshooting incoming defective equipment at the service centre
- ensure repair quality and method is according to manufacturing standards of the company
- handle the Final inspection (QA) for all repair items
the experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bioengineering / Biomedical / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electromedical)
- At least 1 -2 years working experience in related field is required
- Fresh graduate with good working attitude, willing to learn are encouraged to apply as there will be training provided
