about the job
- Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels, such as online research, cold calling, and inbound inquiries.
- Initiating contact with potential clients to discuss products or services, address inquiries, and provide information.
- Developing a deep understanding of the products or services being offered, including the features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Understanding client needs, pain points, and goals, and tailoring the sales pitch to demonstrate how the offered products or services can address these needs effectively.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with leads/client. to build trust and rapport, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads, interactions, and sales progress.
- Monitoring and reporting on sales activities, metrics, and performance, such as conversion rate and client feedback.

skills and experience required
- Min 1-2 years of inside sales experience SaaS, Education or Tech Related Industries and early-stage company experience is a plus.
- Experience with problem-solving sales approach to understand client needs and suggest practical and effective solutions and workarounds
- Excellent written and verbal persuasive communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
- Experience in Hubspot or other CRM tools are a plus
- Experience in B2B sales
