Key Responsibilities
As the Internal Audit Manager, you will:
Assist the Audit Senior Manager and MetLife Regional IT audit team in planning and conducting technology and business audit assignments.
Review Finance and Operational controls and Business projects.
Perform audit universe risk assessment and apply audit methodology to ensure maintenance of quality standards.
Effectively communicate emerging risks and audit findings with key stakeholders within IA and business management; provide recommendations for addressing identified risks and control gaps.
Ensure timely completion of audit deliverables.
Monitor audit issue progress and review management actions in line with target dates.
Ensure compliance with audit policy and procedures.
Review internal controls for efficiency and effectiveness.
Write clear and concise audit reports for submission to the Head of Audit for review.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications with management and senior stakeholders.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with auditees.
