about the job
Our client is currently looking for an Internal Audit Manager reporting directly to the group CEO. This role expects you to:
- Manage assurance engagements by creating audit strategy and ensure execution that is in line with company’s policies and requirements
- Objectively review business process and procedures, while evaluating and monitoring the efficacy of risk management procedures
- Identify and prevent fraudulent activities and theft of organizations’ assets
- Ensure that all business processes and activities are in line with local regulatory standards and laws alongside with audit standards
- Provide solutions and recommendations to improve on current internal controls and business processes
about the manager / team
You will be reporting to the CEO, who is goal and result driven, and is extremely kind in ensuring that the team grows internally
skills & experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as ACCA/CPA/CIMA or similar qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry with exceptional Bursa knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills are highly preferred
