• Act as the main point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
• Organize and coordinate investor meetings, events, and conference calls to address queries and enhance investor trust.
• Resolve investor-related issues, inquiries, and escalations from various stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Fundraising and Investor Onboarding
• Support the preparation of investor materials such as pitch decks, presentations, and reports tailored to different investor needs.
• Assist in organizing and participating in fundraising activities such as roadshows, investor conferences, and campaigns.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new investors, ensuring that all required documentation is completed and processed.
• Negotiate investor terms and ensure alignment between investor needs and the firm’s objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive fundraising strategies and investor growth.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Provide detailed, accurate, and timely reports to investors on fund performance, market developments, and key financial metrics.
• Oversee the creation of quarterly updates, newsletters, and performance summaries, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Analyse fund performance and work closely with the investment team to provide investors with key insights and financial updates.
• Track investor activity and feedback to improve communication strategies and align investment offerings with investor expectations.
Market Analysis and Strategic Growth
• Stay updated on market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes within the private equity sector.
• Identify new opportunities for growth, including exclusive partnerships and investor campaigns, and recommend strategies to drive revenue.
• Educate investors on emerging market trends, strategic investment opportunities, and best practices for portfolio diversification.
• Work closely with the investment team to align market insights with investment strategies and performance objectives.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple investor accounts.
