Job Description:

As the ISQM Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in guaranteeing our adherence to International Standards on Quality Management (ISQM) and maintaining the utmost audit quality. We welcome candidates with both external and internal audit experience, and professional qualifications. In this role, you will oversee ISQM processes, cultivate a culture of quality, and provide guidance to our audit teams.

Key Responsibilities:

ISQM Implementation: Develop and implement ISQM policies, procedures, and practices firm-wide.
Quality Control: Ensure strict compliance with ISQM requirements in all audit engagements, encompassing risk assessment, audit planning, execution, and reporting.
Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to audit teams, emphasizing ISQM principles, best practices, and quality control measures.
Quality Reviews: Conduct regular audits of audit files to assess ISQM standards compliance and offer constructive feedback.
Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying and evaluating audit risks and contribute to the design of effective risk mitigation strategies.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of ISQM-related activities and reports for internal and external use.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement, actively participating in the firm's efforts to elevate audit quality.
Client Relations: Foster positive client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on ISQM matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent).
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in external or internal audit, preferably in a public accounting firm.
Profound knowledge of ISQM and relevant auditing standards.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
