- Providing technical support and troubleshooting any IT related issues.
- To manage organizations’ computer systems, including software, hardware and networks.
- Procurement of licenses, installation, tracking, and other details
- Analyze and recommend improvements of the overall operations and efficiencies of IT Infrastructure (Network, Server, Cloud System, Storage, Backup) to support current and meet future business requirements.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure projects, services and tasks are implemented.
- Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP
- Keep track and monitor IT Asset, Laptop, PC, software and hardware, License, user ID and Access Log
skills and experience required
- At least 1-2 years in IT and PC support, with some experience in server and network administration
- Skills in ERP and SQL databases are a big advantage
- Good communication skills in English
- Always eager to learn and take the initiative
