about the company

The company incorporates modern tech to develop online games for clients across Southeast Asia (SEA), based on their specific requirements and customization. Currently there are 2 teams in the company focusing on development of the platform and the other on payment gateway.

The gaming market is projected to reach USD 87.75 billion by year 2024. That itself has already represent 50% of global applications purchase. The gaming market is the fastest growing segment during the forecast period. The convenience of cashless mode of payment during the gaming are likely to boost the online gaming market, during the forecast period.

about the role

The IT Project / Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of
infrastructure capacity to support continuous operation of the company. The manager is in charge
of organizing and developing business requirements for automated and centralized platforms
within project specifications. In addition, the Infrastructure Manager has to engage with both
technical and non-technical as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure the progress
is properly executed.


job responsibilities
● To lead and manage the delivery of new infrastructure and environments. This will
include ensuring the project is correctly planned, budgeted, carried out on time, meeting
business and technical requirements.
● To own the day-to-day operational workflow and ensure best Project Management
practices are being promoted and adopted.
● To lead, research and design the IT Infrastructure based on the relevant and latest
guidelines and standards.
● To lead, coordinate and work with different stakeholders internally and externally. This
will include technical, operational and vendors where applicable - for IT infrastructure
related projects.
● To understand high-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive
decisions on appropriate solutions.
● To be responsible for the procedural documentation is performed and contractual
obligations are met and in control.
● To monitor and manage the project process and ensure that any implementation-related
issues are reported and resolved.
● To track progress against milestones, deadlines as well as budget and to present project
reports to keep everyone in the project informed.
● To ensure resources are properly planned and utilized. This includes people, equipment,
tools, systems and allocated budgets.
● To anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as point of contact for the project.
● To develop management and training strategies for technical and non-technical users
related to IT infrastructure.
● To communicate performance expectations and measures of success clearly and
specifically to subordinates and peers.
● To conduct formal performance reviews and appraisals as well as professional
development as per the guidelines and practices of the company.
● To ensure proper development of knowledge and skills for staff.


experience and qualifications
● Degree in Computer Science; with a minimum of 5 to 10 years working experience in IT
infrastructure.
● Track record of delivering IT infrastructure projects within a technically complex and
dynamic environment, specifically that required to support multiple business projects.
● Experience of successfully engaging management and groups of technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
● Working knowledge of Programme Management for instance Prince2, ITIL, agile project
management tools and methodologies.
● Familiarity with open source software technologies.
● Experience of successfully managing the delivery of multiple projects.
● Experience of managing business change.
● Able to demonstrate strong management skills including project management, people
management, financial management, change management and facilitation.
