With their growing operation, they are currently looking for an IT Recruiter to lead and support the growth of their teams in Malaysia. You will be driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy, partnering with business leaders to deeply understand their needs, leverage talent trends, recruitment data and best practices to identify opportunities, influence decisions and improve hiring effectiveness etc; and related assignments related to the HRDF in order to enhance candidate’sexperience to deliver the top notch onboarding experience for candidates.

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 4 years of relevant experience. You have a proven track record of high fill rate for critical and executive positions. You are a strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who is able to work seamlessly across cultures, and organizational units. Is that you?
