  • Responsible for application design and development in partnership with technical architects.
  • You will be the main contact for users in the Asia Pacific, project teams & partners. You will be expected to diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve IT issues & to deploy and maintain IT infra & applications.
  • Handles IT request tickets & incident tickets in a timely manner as the first & second line support
  • You will need to communicate w/ users, IT teams & vendors. Guide & train users as well.
  • Besides that, also diagnose, troubleshoot, solve IT problems faced by Malaysia, remote users that is related to computer softwares, OS, hardwares, mobile devices & other IT tools, systems, infrastructure and apps.
  • Administer & maintain Windows servers & network appliances with the goal of minimizing impact on users’ tasks.
  • You will need to maintain LAN, WAN, internet & Wi-Fi circuits, security devices & apps.
  • Manage IT hardwares/ devices in stock, track IT team’s expenses.
  • Also dealing with vendors interfacing for laptops, mobiles, servers, desktops , LAN, WAN, internet & PABX.


  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Have authorized certification (MCP, CCNA)
  • Minimum THREE years of experience in corporate IT Helpdesk company
  • Have to possess knowledge of TCP/IP network & Ethernet, routers, switchers & other internet devices
  • Experience with maintenance of VMware, ERP (SAP), CRM (SFDC) & Intranet (SharePoint) AND remove access/help for remote users
  • Have knowledge in client server system
  • Great knowledge & skill of Linux/Unix & Microsoft licensing
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin, plus write technical documentations in English language
