We are looking for IT level 1 Helpdesk support specializing in Japanese N2 language skills for one of the top manufacturing company worldwide.

  • Reporting to: IT Manager based in Japan
  • Company Size: 100 and above
  • Regions covered: Japan

about the job

  • Ticket handling (Open tickets as 1 level support)
  • Client trouble shooting
  • PC setup by remote operation
  • PC/iPhone repair arrangement
  • Administration of Active Role Server for User account, Group and Distribution List.
  • Remote Access Support
  • Resource management in Outlook
  • Skype client support.
  • Software assignment by SCCM.
  • File Access Management
  • Log on issue support on several systems
  • General client support (Windows10 / Office 365)
  • Mobile integration support
  • User manual creation and maintenance
  • Support the creation of IT operational manual
  • IT asset management
  • Support GTS Japan members for global/regional IT project implementation

skill/experience

  • College/university education in information technology, business informatics or comparable.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Japanese (N2) and English as well as good
    interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work well in a team-based environment.
  • Experience with 1 level support for Japanese companies.
