    We are currently sourcing for Technical Delivery Manager in Malaysia for our Hong Kong based client that specialize in contact centre.

    • Reporting to: Head of Technical Delivery Services
    • Company Size: 20 and above
    • Regions covered: Malaysia
    • Be part of partner for Salesforce and other big brand such as Genesys.

    about the job

    • Act as a service delivery lead to ensure the quality of the post implementation service
      delivery.
    • Manage and lead a support team to create strategic plans to deliver post implementation
      services to client.
    • Analyzing clients’ issues and developing plans to mitigate them.
    • Review daily priorities and take appropriate action to ensure results are achieved
    • To cultivate customer relationships by identifying customer needs, concerns and
      ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Report to Head of Support.

    skill/experience

    • University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience in providing IT support services for contact centre solution with at least 2 years working experience at managerial level with a team of 3 support staff or above.
    • ITIL qualification is a plus.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all level of personnel through written and oral
      communication.
    • Strong presentation and influencing skills required.
    • Ability to adapt to changes and manage multiple client accounts.
