About the role:

The Jira Application Administratorisaccountable for all aspects of Jirain an enterprise environment for Itelligence. Ensuring Jira services are delivered in line with global standards, compliances and available to SLA expectation.

Duties:

• Administers, monitors and maintain environments (operational) in Jira. This includes provision, configure, monitor, and maintain permissionsof the existing JIRA environment.
• Active experience in Enterprise Agile Planning and Atlassian Jira.
• Active involvement in managing Jiraincidents and will continuously strive to develop long term resolution.
• Ability to consult users in regards to Jira. Work closely with stakeholder to understand their needs and provide support as well as necessary trainings.
• Involvement in technical projects with introduction to new technologies, project evaluation, documentations.
• Provide guidance and implements best practices in Jira environments.
• Works closely with various departments supporting the development and testing efforts in Jira.
• Ensure that documentations are maintained and kept up to date in line with itelligence standards and policies.

Requirements:

• University degree in Information Technology.
• Min 2+ years of hands on experience with Atlassian Jira. (Administration, Support & Training)
• Proven experience in project and development processes as well in IT Service Management.
• Experience in Integration (Okta, Active Directory, Confluence, GitLab, ServiceNow)
• Experience in Linux is mandatory.
• Experience in Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, Rest and Python coupled with advanced experience in SQL, CSS, and JSON. ServiceNow experience would be beneficial.
• Ability to manage medium to high complexity Change Requests.
• Strong command in English, customer service oriented, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills and experience in international collaboration
